OSFP feature for Sup II + TS in 4503E chasis

Hi guys

I have a  4503E chassis, with supervisor Sup II + TS and 12.2 (31) SGA8  IOS operating system. I need to upgrade to implement OSPF, anyone know  if this supervisor support this feature?

No, it doesnot. Its a layer 2 sup only and does not support L3 features. However it does support basic L3 features like RIP, static routes and EIGRP stub.

My  intention is to migrate from static to dynamic routing,  however, do not trust RIP, do you think it is feasible to implement EIGRP Stub in  my current topology?
