So trying to run OSPFv3 on a IOSL2 and a NX-OS switch, I receive a error stating "Protocol not in this image". So does CML not going to allow me to use this protocol or is there a "fix" I can do (Not using a router)?
Snippet output from config:
DLS2(config)#ip routing
DLS2(config)#ipv6 unicast-routing
DLS2(config)#router ospfv3 1
Protocol not in this image

Hmm, seems strange that the designers would program a option of using OSPFv3 but not actually provide the service for it. Just wasn’t sure if I was missing something special for the virtual lab equipment. So my fix action was to just replace the switch with a router and modify the requirements of the lab for the students. Thanks.
