Output drops.

Switch 3750 Gig 1/1/1 is connected to WAN router , I can see Output drops in sh interfaces Gig 1/1/1, I changed the port , still I can see output drops,

Is it due to traffic congestion..

Can anyone suggest how to see traffic congestion in switch interface.

There might be many other reason for the output drops. Follow the steps mentioned in the above link and post the output of those commands or you can try interpreting them by yourself
