I am getting complaints from a customer that the internet is slow etc.

Checked the monitoring system and it seems that I found something that may cause this.

I see lots of of output errors showing up in the interfaces.

The configuration can be seen below:

VIA SH INT GIG3/0/2

Extra information:

Device: Cisco Switch 3850

Version: 03.06.06E

I am not using QoS.

What can cause this? Is it because of the reliability value?

Many thanks in advance.

Reliability should ALWAYS be 255/255.

This is showing me that there is a layer 1 issue.  I'd check out that cable.

Look at the value of the Total Output Drops and Output Drops.  The values are EXACTLY the same.  This is a known bug in the 3.6.X and 3.7.X firmware.
