packet check

we have switch SW1, connected to router R1, router R1 connected to router R2 (in another country), we found packet drop from SW1 to R2, but no packet loss from R1 to R2 and no packet loss from SW1 to R1.

SW1 also no error log. the interface which connect sw1 and R1 shows output error, but sw1 ping R1 no packet loss. any idea?

Could you please clear the accounts and try again,

clear counters g0/0

ping x.x.x.x 

Make it for each destination and take screenshots to compare, it could be a congestion problem.
