Hi guys need to validate something.

I have two vlans i. One switch port one for voice and 1 for data
The configuration is just a basic switch port access vlan 10 and switch port voice vlan 20. With auto qos.
The physical connection is switch port >cisco ip phone > pc
My problem is when my pc is generating file transfer or download the packet get drop.

I verify this via icmp of the voice vlan and data vlan svi RTO output when ftp is in session.

Hi,

Voice traffic got priority over data traffic. If your network's traffic are heavy, you will got time out. Also check for broadcast leakage on that segment.

Hope that Help
