Thanks, Im wondering if there is more information on the proper way of using Tftp since im fairly new at that app. thanks

TFTP is easy to use.  Download a free version to your PC or laptop.  Lunch the application, connect the PC to the network, once the connectivity is good then you can upload the file from tftp to your fw.
