PBR and fast-switching on 3750

Which is the best routing method for PBR?

is it fast switching? If it is, how can I enable It in my 3750?

Hello Johnny,

PBR is CEF based on the C3750 and it  is implemented in hardware on the TCAM tables, where a pointer to the IP next-hop is placed in the TCAM table for entries that have to be diverted ( the entry includes the source IP address the source mask, the destination address the destination mask).

This is also the reason why some commands are not available as you have noted in your other thread

So you don't need to worry about the switching path of traffic processed by PBR
