PBR lag when remoting a machine

HI guys,

I have setup a PBR on my catalyst 3750.

here is my diagram.

PBR.jpg

Continous ping went and works well with all vlans to other ISPs..

My problem is, when I do remoting a machine on a different VLAN. I experience a Lag (interval).

Scenario:

If im on VLAN 2 and im remoting my server machine (Windows R2) which is on VLAN 1 (10.0.0.3). there is a lag hapenning. it said connecting... then after a bit, connected.. then after a while.. connecting.. it goes on and on.

I can ping the server continously without a lag.

I tried to disabled the route-map on catalyst.. the connection run smooth.

did you experience it? I suspect I have a problem with my PBR

Anyway where is my config on my Catalyst 3750.
