Dear All,

Attached is the Network Diagram. Details are as below

NK1 and NK2 are VPC peer switches, NK1 Is VPC master and all HSRP Active switch. NK2 is STP ROOT switch

We have a nuatanix node connected to both the switches. Issues is as folllow

1> VLAN 10 :-----> 1 /26 IP Subnet inside a VM

2> VLAN 20 :-----> /26 IP Subnet inside a VM

Both the VLANS are learned from NK2

But from VLAN 10 i am able to ping some IP address on VLAN 20 and some are not able to ping

I did check all the settings of D/G subnet mask and compared them with the working and not working ones but all the configuration is uniform... ( same issue we are seeing on other VLANS also)

What could be the issue..are we missing out on any configuration

Regards

Meanwhile problem solved... after rechecking the same on nuatranix we found some policies and removed them..

Hi,

Can you post the configs from both switches? Also, what is the output of "sh vpc detail"? It is usually recommended that the vPC master, HSRP active and STP root all reside on the same device. Can you make NK1 the STP root and test again?
