Port channel between vPC peer and non-vPC single Nexus 5K

Hi,

Im looking to configure Port channel between between a vPC peers in one location to a single Nexus in other location connected via dark fiber. Normal PC configuration as we do with any other Catalyst and Nexus vPC will work here? Need help

Hi M,

Yes, so on the LOC1 5Ks you will configure VPC and on LOC2-5K1 you will configure normal etherchannel.

Does this make sense?

Yes...thats the whole idea behind VPC usage.

I assume you have correct SFPs etc to get layer 1 up.
