Ok all this is new to me. I have a 4506 that runs flawless. We purchased a Catalyst 9407R because our 4506 is out of life and support. When I add the switchport mode access and switchport access vlan 100 the port runs fine. When I throw in there switchport voice vlan 200, welll it disconnects. Can anybody help??

And the blade is compatible with 9407r?
What is the blade part number?

When I ordered the switch, the vendor told me that Cisco will be putting it together and ship from their warehouse. So the answer will be yes it is compatible.
The part number for the blade is C9400-LC-48U

Ok folks, so feeling a little stupid right now. After much research online, I came across an article about connecting two core switches together. The article explained that their could only be one primary core so I went back to my office and disconnected the RJ45 cable I had hooked to it. To my surprise, the configuration took and the core is running fine. Thank you for your help.
