Is there any option to span a port channel in CAT OS?pls help me to config span in CAT OS.

Are you referring to a 6500 switch running CatOS ? If so here is the config guide for SPAN/RSPAN -

HI Jon & Garcia,
Thanks a lot for the link shared...but there is no hint about port channel in the above links..
in IOS we can able to configure port channel as source port but I am not getting that option in CAT OS

Ajith,
Im afraid that you would have to manually include to the SPAN each of the ports that are part of the channle bundle.
Foe example, if your port channel is made of ports 3/5, 3/6 and 3/ and you destination port is 4/2. Then the span session would be something like this:
set span 3/5-7 4/2
