i have a switch 2960-X linked with WLC 1815i with inter gi/0/15

probleme : port switch : green ( 60 seconde ) then Off ==> i would port switch green stable that allow WLC is green ?

what comand used to trouble switch 2960-X ???????

Both sides of the configs in each port should be matching

can you post the show run of the port in the WLC side so we can see what way its setup , it should match the switch
We have the switch side g1/0/15

Are you able to share you switch port configuration.

I take it your referring to the LED on the switch for the connected port or are you referring to the LED on the AP?

Hi

this requires more information. First of all, if you realy have a layer 2 switch you should not ping it. Unless you are ping the management IP address.

Who is providing DHCP and who is your gateway? Can you explain your topology better. A simple draw may help .

I have a problem with port switch 2960 with green then off then green conntected with WLC 1815I ( red clignote)

so i send you file output switch then WLC

o need a help that allow port switch to be a green stable and led WLC is green also

so what command used to resolve this problem ???????,,

WLC conntected only with switch layer 2

so i con't ^ping from PC to WLC and virs versa !!!

hay friend

you could be hitting a bug with old versions of mobility express

try to update to the latest version in 8.5.140

and see if it helps with the flapping issue

Discovery Request received on wrong VLAN '0' on interface '1', management VLAN = '1', AP Manager VLAN = '1', dropping the packet

-> the ME recieves a packet without vlan tag (vlan 0 = untagged) while it is configured to use vlan 1 tagged packets

- either configure the ME to accept untagged packets as belonging to vlan 1

- or configure the switchport to send all packet swith vlan tag

a trunk port transmits untagged packets for the native VLAN plus encapsulated, tagged, packets for multiple VLANs

-> set the native vlan on the ME facing switchport NOT to management vlan
(e.g. set it to vlan 999 so packets for vlan 1 will be sent tagged).
