Hi,
I want to know what is the procedure when someone purchase an ASA from eBay? how to get the license, download image, upgrade the software?
CISCO has restriction to be contacted by only the vendors and not end users, so what shall do?

If you purchase an ASA from a non Cisco partner (like most ebay sellers), with no Cisco support contract, you are not entitled to any licensing or software image downloads.
There is no official way to obtain licensing or software downloads for a device which does not have support.

Thanks for this clarification, but what about if the unit has expired support contract? still can not update it under the new owner?

No, if you purchase from ebay, you can't put the device back under a SmartNet contract.
Now, if the device was purchased from a Cisco partner/re-seller and the support had expired, you could put it back under a service contract again.
Usually with ebay, you are on your own.
