Precision Time Protocol problem when in e2etransparent mode

Greetings:

I am using a Cisco IE 3000 8TC switch to integrate PTP in a LAN. I have the PTP grandmaster and several PTP slaves connected to the switch ports. I noticed than when using WireShark to see the packets flowing through the network, the Delay_Resp message is missing when the switch is working in e2e transparent mode. Why ?

I have implemented the PTP network already when the switch is working in forward mode, ex: I can see the Delay_Resp message as expected. Any idea of what could be happening?. I have read the switch software guide but no explanations of the problem was found.
