Hi there-
Unfortunately, I am not aware of any simulators/emulators that support private VLANs. When I was studying for the CCIE lab exam I was able to lab out just about everything on virtual equipment but for private VLANs and some security features I had to use real equipment.
If you are just interested in practicing the deployment then I would suggest reaching out to Cisco and ask for some demo gear from their demo depot.
If that is not an option you can go out and rent some rack space with real gear and use that to do your work.
I hope this helps!

No there is no way you can achieve on software based such as GNS/Cisco Packet tracer.
You need to have the lab. Rent the lab for few hours and test all these so that you hvae better understanding doing it via practically.
