hi all,

i applied following command

"privilege interface level 6 vlan-range"

but not able to c any sub-commands when i reach...

conf t--interface gig x/y--vlan-range--

only "no" is there.

Any clues

you might need "all" option to enable all sub-commands when using privilege command.

all keyword is not acceptable at all in any privilige mode exec/configure/interface

Yeah, this feature might not be in there.

Is there "priviledge vlan-range"? If not, you have to use AAA to control this.

no, but under interface level 15, i can access vlan-range then service-policy, but problem is all commands will be enabled even if i will restrict thru privilige.

Also checked CLI role based views,, but i dun know y my 4501 ios doesnt support that one too i have ip voice services
