Problem after switch 2960x update

Hello
I have a 2960x switches that on 4 of these switches after the IOS update to the latest version (15.2(7)E4) of Cisco gives the following error, I do not even work with the previous version

 

Jun 27 16:37:16: %ILET-1-AUTHENTICATION_FAIL: This Switch may not have been manufactured by Cisco or with Cisco's authorization.  This product may contain software that was copied in violation of Cisco's license terms.  If your use of this product is the cause of a support issue, Cisco may deny operation of the product, support under your warranty or under a Cisco technical support program such as Smartnet.  Please contact Cisco's Technical Assistance Center for more information.

Thanks for pointing out why this is happening and how to fix it

physically powering off device for 15 minutes and  Power on and test it - some users have success.

sitll issue raise an TAC case to support you.

This is a known issue with the 2960X and the only fix is to RMA the appliance.

++ Remove stack modules if you have

++ Hard power cycle 

++ If in stack remove all switches and check individual switches

++ Nothing works --> RMA
