vlan 20 in model 4500

vlan 10 in model 3750

I try to connect between 2 vlan but I cannot.

are both your switches configured for ip routing ? Your default routes point to a next hop that is not on the same subnet of either switch, so there will not be connectivity between Vlan 10 and Vlan 20. You need to decide if you want both switches to be layer 3 enabled ('ip routing' configured), which effectively makes them routers, or if you want one switch to be the layer 3 switch and do the inter-vlan routing, and the other just being a layer 2 switch...
