Problem GLC-T with Catalyst 2960

Hi Team

We happen case GLC-T with Catalyst 2960 Hang , It can't work 

We was reload switch but same ( GLC-T with Catalyst 2960 Hang)

and use command bellow

The Switch and IOS which you are running should support GLC-T SFp.

We try IOS Software EX3, EX4, EX5 and 15-2.2 but can't problem GLC-T hang

Which Port  is GLC-T down , we try reload but don't can must unplug cable (220volt)

GLC-T is supported on the 2960S. Check the link below (Table 1-2)
