I have 9 switches in a stack, yes it would not have been my choice to put 9 in a stack, but that is what I am stuck with.
I keep getting the following poe controller error
%ILPOWER-3-CONTROLLER_ERR: Controller error, Controller number 4: accessing failed
now since every switch has a controller 4, and I don't see any other errors in the log showing failed poe interfaces on any of the 9 switches, how do I determine which switch in the stack is having the issue?

This message means that an error reported or caused by the inline power controller was detected. (4) is the controller number.
Recommended to Copy the error message exactly as it appears on the console or in the system log. Enter the show tech-support privileged EXEC command to gather data that might provide information about the error. If you cannot determine the nature of the error from the error message or from the show tech-support command display, call your Cisco TAC representative, and provide the representative with the gathered information.
