Problem with Vlans comunication

Hello i have a problem and the VLANS of the same router won't communicate between each other. I don't know What the problem is they also won't communicate between Routers but i belive that a VPN problem that i will try to solve later i just hope it isn't that whats causing the trouble....

@manuelmejia hi, you are using wrong default gateway IP inside pools. you need to configure router interface IP respective to each VLAN as a default gateway IP for relevant DHCP pools

EX. 

default gateway IP for 172.17.0.0 pool needs to be 172.17.0.1 (not 172.16.0.1)
