Hi,

I would like to find out the maximum allowable data transmission speed for Catalyst 2960 plus and C2960X stack network switches.

Also, will there there be a network disconnection if the data to be transmitted requires a speed which is more than what the switch can take?

Would you be able to advise?

the data sheets contain the forwarding and stacking information , if your device is using TCP windowing should in theory slow it down and control the flow.
