Hi Everyone

i would like to know if there is a way to know the ownership of an equipment.

i only have the serial number & Model, and i need to know to who belongs.

Cisco frontline TAC will not release that information if the serial number is not associated to to your username or company, also you cant check it online for same reason, if theres a legitmate reason you could try go through your Cisco acc manager or the ISP you purchase from if you dont have a direct acc manager and explain it that way see f they can help
