Thank you for a quick reply,I couldn't find it either but learnt from CCWR team that it's associated to SG300-10PP-K9-EU product family, replaced by SG350-10P-K9-EU. Partner says the device is broken and we need to know if there's a life time warranty for it. I asked for photo of a label. Please disregard my post as I'll need to wait for partner's more specific information. Thank you again
