I am having trouble getting the website for this PT activity. I have set the IP address, DNS, and Default Gateway. I can ping the routers IPs and the DNS server but cannot ping www.server2.com.

 Attach your pkt file here. Zip it first. 

Your problem is probably return route on the router inside the cloud but it will be easier to see on the PacketTracer.

You cannot ping the fqdn www.server2.com from PC 0 ? Or cannot ping IP adresse of that Web server ?

Check DNS resolution on PC 0 of www.server2.com...

Do a tracert command from PC 0 ald check routing issues on Routers.
