Public IP addresses, NAT issue with Cisco 800 Series

Hello community,
I'm writting to have orientation regarding a NAT issue and the IP addresses our company's ISP provider gave us.
We have a block of 6 IP's lets say from 190.xx.xx.112 to 190.xx.xx.119 /29 and able to use from 113 to 118. Now we have 4 servers that we need to publish outside for our other branches. Our internal network use 172.16.11.0/24

So we just basically need to connect or NAT as follow:
172.16.11.2 Domain as 190.xx.xx.114

172.16.11.3 Productivity as 190.xx.xx.115

172.16.11.4 Development as 190.xx.xx.116

172.16.11.5 Security as 190.xx.xx.117

Understanding 113 should be nat outside and 172.16.11.254 should be nat inside
We basically did the NAT commands and assigned the in and out addresses to the interfaces but nothing seems to happen, nobody from the other branches seems to reach any of the servers.

What's the true NAT science or exact commands procedure for this particular Public IP's assignment to servers?

I have made a copy of the #show run if needed here.

If you can help me... would be great!

Thanks.
