re: 4510 with what sup and line cards?
re: 3750, which exact model? stacked? If stacked, how many units (and which models)?
re: 1841 is rated at 75 KPPS with minimum size Ethernet, capacity will increase with larger packets but decrease based on interaction of traffic and configuration

BTW, you can usually answer these type of questions by searching through the device datasheets, and it you're not used to doing that, it's a worthwhile skill to develop, especially helpful when comparing different devices.
In any case, your sup7e has a fabric bandwidth of 848 Gbps and 250 Mpps. That sup, with the +E chassis supports 48 Gbps to line cards. However, your 46xx line cards only support 24 Gbps to the fabric.
Your 3750s are the original architecture. They all have a 32 Gbps fabric, and a maximum forwarding rate of 38.7 Mpps. (24 gig port, or 48 FE port models may show a lower max PPS because all their ports, together, have a lessor PPS need.) Original architecture 3750s have StackWise ports, noted as 32 Gbps (which I believe are dual 8 Gbps [duplex]). Also note, with StackWise, all traffic between 3750 ports is placed on the stack ring, even between two ports on the same stack member.
