QOS on the Switch to rate limit servers during different time frames

Hi,

I have three servers in same vlan/subnet and want to rate limit these servers like

"Configure QOS on the Swicth to rate limit the server:

11:00pm to 11:00am maxminum 190Mbps

11:00am to 11:00pm max 90Mbps "

Might be doable with a time based ACL.

with time based ACL I need to use rate limit but on 6509 there is no  rate-limit command.
