hi , i want to ask a simple question about STP

assume i have two swiches with two ports

SWA=============================SWB

swa has ports f0/0 , f0/1

alsoe swb has f0/1 , f0/1

f0/0 connetced with f0/0

f0/1 connected with f0/1

assume that both links have the same bw .

asume that SWA is the root

now my question is about SWB

how it will choses the ports in STP domian

i think it need to choose desginated port , it may be f0/0 , or f0/1

assume everything is equal except that on SWA

f0/0 has port priority 64

f0/1 has port priority 128

which port of SWB will have to be designated ???

my question in another view , ....when choosing the port priority , which port priority is lokked on ... the local priority of f0/0 , f0/1 of SWB ,

or

SWB will look at the priorities of f0/0 , f0/1 and then decide to choose the lowest one ???

here is my question concentrate .

recently i read that SWB will measure that port priorities of SWA and based on lowest one , the port will be designated .

is it right ??

plz explain

regards
