Hello Hector,
Looking at the datasheet, these products support a passive POE. It doesn't specify the unit is 802.3AF compliant. In theory it should be okay since T568A has pin 4,5,7,8 as unused.

First thing I'd recommend is to make sure the switch is on at least 1.1.2.0 code. The 1.2.7.76 is the latest. If you choose to upgrade to 1.2.7.76 code, I'd recommend to factory default the switch as there is a major XML re-write that changes a lot of the internal workings of the switch. If you choose 1.1.2.0 it shouldn't be necessary.
Here's the download link.

Second, the switch has 2 internal POE modules that supply power to the port transformer blocks. Can you connect just 1 AP and it works fine on any port? Or does the AP never work at all? If 1 AP powers on to lets say port 1, can you connect the second AP to lets say, port 24?
Lastly, if it just doesn't seem to work, make a packet capture. See if you can get the version header 0 that triggers the POE. If you have the resources, try a completely different 802.AF compliant POE device and verify the switch isn't faulty.
