How can i get the serial number of cisco ip phone 7911 remotely ?

I tried to type the ip address and get the SN but this failed

go to the call manager the device will be registered on it check its i[ address and you can get the serial number from there or off the cme either , where is the phone registered ?

I did this and i get the SN for all ip phones but 7911 didn't response

Ok so then the 7911 is not registered with the call manager , the only other way to get it then is get the mac address off the phone trace it to its local switch port and do a show cdp neighbor detail that should give you the serial as well for the local connected phone

The phone is registered.

i tried the second method but the SN doesn't exist in the information of CDP

ok if its registered try type 10.32.35.14 into the browser of your pc it should open up the http section with the phone details

Is there an easy method rather than get every phone step by step ?
