"ip dhcp snooping" feature didn't exist

My switch is Cisco Catalyst 2950-24. I can't find "ip dhcp snooping" feature when consoling it. Can you help me? I think my IOS version (12.2) was outdated, but when I try it on Packet Tracer, the same switch has that feature even it was running IOS 12.1. Thank you in advance.

I checked the Feature Navigator, DHCP Snooping is not supported in your release, c2950-i6q4l2-mz.121-14.EA1a.bin

You need:

c2950-i6q4l2-mz.121-19.EA1a.bin
