"link debounce time 100" on IOS-16.09.01

After upgrading our 3850 switch to IOS 16.09.01, I cannot configure link debounce time on interface configuration mode on  Te1/1/3 interface. Is this command not present in this IOS version anymore?
Is there an alternative command? Thanks

Have u tried just typing in the whole command? Might be thats its there just hidden ?

I have checked on the feature navigator and this command is supported on  IOS 16.09.01. 
There seems to be no prerequisite command as well. I am at a loss on why the command is not supported and do not want to downgrade, especially if i do not know the reason.
