"show control-plane host open-ports" command missing in IOS XE 3.16.3S with IOS 15.5(3)S3 ?

I have an ISR4331 running IOS XE 3.16.3S with IOS 15.5(3)S3. The "show control-plane host open-ports" command (very useful for showing what ports the router is listening on)  is an unrecognized command. Also, the "control-plane host",  "control-plane cef-exception" and "control-plane transit" configuration commands are not recognized configuration commands. Have these commands been replaced with different commands in IOS XE?  I have a ISR3925 router running IOS 15.4(3)M4 and the commands are available on this platform.

That command only seems to show the ephemeral-max ports. Any other suggestions?
