"Spanning-tree port type" option between 7K and 5K

I have a port-channel with vpc from a pair of 7K to a pair of 5K and from the 5K to the 7K. I need to know the Cisco recommended "spanning-tree port type" for this link. By default it uses the "port type normal" but I need to know if this is the recommended configuration. Thanks

Hey Roberto,

VPC eliminates the use of STP so i believe you should be good. Check the guide:
