RDP Issue on DSL Network

Hi All,

We recently launched a new network connecting in to a DSL network. Basic set-up is that we have a Cisco 3560 switch with IP transit on one of the Gig ports and and then the interconnect in to the other Gig port. The customer traffic is delivered to us in layer2 in Vlan 1010. We provide DHCP on Vlan 1010 to the customers using our public IP range.

We just got a new customer who has taken two circuits from us one for each site. Issue is that they cannot RDP (remote desktop) in to each other but anyone on any other ISP's network can RDP in to either one.

I did some testing in our PoP, I connected a laptop to port 1 and one to port 2, each were given an IP address by DHCP from the Cisco 3560. I was unable to RDP in to either one, both were using our public IP range and are in Vlan 1010.

If anyone has any ideas as to what I can do to resolve this issue It would be much appreciated. My thoughts were it might be because they are on the same subnet but I'm not sure.

Cheers,

Rip.
