Real world limits for DAI, storm control, DHCP, et al

What are some real world values, best practices, and concerns regarding rate limits for DAI, storm control, and DHCP?

I've found the ip arp inspection limit default of 15 to seemingly errdisable some innocent victims...

I have found the same thing, and apply a burst interval of 10 seconds to each port like such:

ip arp inspection limit rate 15 burst interval 10

During some testing I found that a 3750 could handle 3000 ARP packets per second during inspection and not keel over.

I don't tweak any of the DHCP snooping limits or anything.
