Replacement Switches

What is a good replacement for the WS-C3850-48P-S and

in the 24port? Right now my customer is looking for refurbished ones but there are not with Cisco right now. Any suggestions that meet the same specs?

Exactly what are you trying to achieve?
Are you implementing DOT1X or is your network mostly (still) on static VLAN assignments?
Do you need 40 Gbps?
Do you need mGIG?
Do you need uPoE?

Check out the 9300 series of switches which replaced the 3850 series.

If you are just wanting to provide basic access, you could also consider the Cisco Meraki line of cloud managed switches. You would probably want to look at the MS210 and above (the start of the models that support hardware stacking like the 3850/9300 - assuming you even want to stack some of them together).
