I want to replace VS-S2T-10G what procedure should I take?

should I remove the flash memory and connect it with the new SUP2T will it work? or I have to configure it through console.

Before you replace the old sup, make sure you have a good copy of the config. After replacing it, load the same IOS as the old sup to the flash and than copy and paste the old config to the new sup from the console. You can also save your config to a tftp server and than load it to the new sup once you have basic IP connectivity.
