Router 881 peo problem

i have cisco router 881 router.

i connect ip phone to port Fastethernet 0 also connect 48 adapter to router,

but the poe does not work.

what should i do!??!

yes, port 0 and port 1 is poe port. but when i connect ip phone , the phone stay off
