HI,
Any way to put Threshold level at router CPU process,i want my CPU usage should not increase more than 70 percent at any point of time..

There is no way you can put a treshold on your cpu. BUT if you CPU is at 70% or higher you can certainly troubleshoot this as a high cpu issue and understand why exactly your cpu is running high.
I will be more than happy to help you troubleshoot this and understand the cause of your high cpu.
