Router not accepting IP SLA commands

Hello Everyone,
We have Cisco CISCO1941/K9 router and we want to configure IP SLA on this router but router is not accepting commands.
Router is running with c1900-universalk9-mz.SPA.150-1.M1.bin IOS which is already differed release on Cisco site.
Also we have below licenses on the router.

Is it related to IOS or is it related to licenses we have ?

hello ,
this ios release doesn't support ip sla feature ,you check through cisco navigator tool :
