hi dear all!

I can ping computer IP from Switch but I cannot ping from my computer.

my computer VLAN 100 

My IP 172.21.12.50

another computer VLAN 200

another computer IP 172.21.202.50

note: in bout switches, I created 100 and 200 VLANs

how to solve this problem, please help.

Hi,

You will need to configure route between the two networks so that you can ping from one VLAN to the second VLAN.

Hello,

Vlan 100 and Vlan 200 need either a router (on a stick) configuration, or one of the switches, if capable, needs to be configured as a layer 3 switch wiith 'ip routing' and SVIs for both Vlans...

yes I use layer 3 switches

please attach Packet tracer file,  if u do not have PT, get it from net academy, it is free - after short registration and u might have to take 1st lesson about PT.
