Rspan causes native vlan issues with CDP

So I have a monitor session that is source vlans 50-150 153-199 destination interface g0/1

Then I have a gigamon connected to that interface. On the other side of the gigamon I am sending traffic out and connecting back to Port g0/13 with another monitor session

Source interface g0/13 destination remote vlan 151.

The trunk going in and out allows all vlans.

When I no shut the port connected to the gigamon out traffic the switch CDPs every port with Native vlan errors. But when I take source all of the above vlans to remote vlan everything works fine, but that bypasses my gigamon.

Can you post the device model and ios running, along with configuration? of both the devices
