Ok, I have work in corprate networks, but have not set up a small business WAN/network.
I have an RV215W that I am wanting to eventually VPN with a new remote office. We are on an DSL ISP WAN and I am usibg a NETGEAR DM111PSPv2 for the DSL modem. I have a small cluster of static IP's assigned by the ISP. What do I do with these?
I tried using the low one as the WAN IP address when logging into the ISP wiith PPPoE, but that used up my entire range because the NETGEAR would force a 255.255.255.255 on that interface. I tried bridging the NETGEAR, and using the RV215W as my PPPoE login gateway, but couldnt put an IP on the WAN interface.
I tried putting the static IPs on the NETGEAR LAN interface, and another of the IP's on the RV215W's WAN.
