Cisco 2960 switch show me below log. i recently change its fiber patch cord

in addition to Leo's post, the problem could also be the other side of the link, what do you have connected to the port ?

Post the output of 'show transceiver gi x/y/z transceiver detail' from both ends...

still problem, i have shutdown the port and also change the sfp port, but problem is still there.
