Dear Friends
My company has bought Samsung Network Video Recorder camera (SRN-1673S). It has two network port the first port connected to contractor network and working fine for them. The other port is for another network for accessing the cameras. We are trying to connecto to my network but it is not working. I tried to change speed and duplex but no prograss. But if I use other ISP router (port speed 100) with the router IP range its working fine. The problem only from Cisoc switch. The vendor of Samsung says the cameras are working with othe location using Cisco switch.
Please advise.
