Does someone knows if it is possible to schedule when to send logs to a syslog server (Switch Catalyst 3560) ?
Thanks

Hi,
AFAIK no. It sends automatically a syslog to the server once it occurs.

I believe that John is correct. The Cisco implementation is that syslog is sent at the time that it is created. While it might be attractive in terms of managing bandwidth usage to have syslog transmitted during off peak hours there are several operational issues with trying to do that. Probably the biggest issue is the question of how much memory would be required to store the generated logs until time to transmit.

I thought so. Thank you both for your answers.
